Meghan Daniels grew up in Boston, MA, and now resides in Austin, TX. She is a certified research administrator and picture book writer. She is also a regular at the Writing Barn in Austin, and founded a local critique group with writers she’s met in classes and workshops there. She first joined 12×12 in 2015. She later received a financial need scholarship in 2016, which allowed her to return for a second year. In 2022 she will be returning for her eighth year and currently serves as a member of the 12×12 Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She is chronically ill, disabled, and neurodivergent.
